- training is adapted to your personal needs and goals (e.g. development of strength, endurance or technique, climbing routes of higher difficulty, etc.),
- focus on improving climbing technique,
- focus on improving strength and fitness,
- suitable for beginners and advanced climbers,
- effective and safe belaying during sport climbing,
- possibility of preparing a personal training plan.
