Learn the basics of climbing methodology on the climbing wall. The training is under the supervision of our qualified instructors who will take you through everything you need to know to climb on the climbing wall safely.
In our climbing school we offer several variants of climbing wall courses::
- Climbing wall course - 2 days (2 days, date of your choice)
- Climbing wall course - 3 days (3 days, date of your choice)
- Climbing wall course - lead climbing - 1 day (1 day, date of your choice)
- Climbing wall course - lead climbing - 2 days (2 days, date of your choice)
- Belaying for beginners and parents (1 day, date of your choice)
Climbing Wall Course
Date: date of you choice
Duration: 2 or 3 days (4 or 6 hours)
Location: Climbing wall in Ružomberok or other climbing wall of your choice
What you will learn:
- all climbing knots necessery for climbing on the climbing wall,
- top rope climbing, belaying, proper climbing commands,
- climbing movement technique and free climbing rules,
- lead climbing,
- practice of belaying with of several types of manual and semi-automatic belaying devices.

The course is suitable for beginners who only start climbing, or for parents who want to safely belay their children.

- how to use basic climbing equipment,
- belaying,
